Delivered in March 2024, Diamond Flour Mill, Taxila features a 750kW solar setup comprising 1,282 Longi modules (585W) and five Huawei inverters (115kW). RnT provided end-to-end project execu tion, including design, procurement, and electrical/mechanical installation, significantly lowering energy costs and ensuring stable electricity for uninterrupted production.
A solar photovoltaic system converts sunlight into electricity and can supply power year-round when sized correctly. The core components are PV panels, a mounting structure, batteries for storage, interconnecting cables, a charge controller to manage charging, and an inverter that delivers AC power for standard appliances. During the day, the panels generate electricity to run loads and charge the batteries; stored energy then keeps things running after sunset or during outages. With proper placement and design, a solar system reduces grid dependence and provides steady, clean power.
